About Everyday Principal

Inform. Influence. Inspire.  That is the Everyday Principal mantra and is also our operational model. At EP we believe life, whether personal or professional, is about the pursuit of continuous improvement. At EP we believe if you are learning, you are improving. There is truth to the old adage, when you know better you do better.

 

Everyday Principal began in 2022 as a blog. The blog was, and still is, unique in that the authors are experts in the field writing about their own experiences. The format is built on the premise that in existence is the talent required to make monumental shifts and gains in K12 educationn. Following his own mantra, Founder and CEO, Andre J. Wicks, launched the One Eighty book project, then launched the EP TALKS Podcast. The next level of evolution for Everyday Principal is a full-service Learning Management System (LMS).

 

As a school principal, Andre was inspired to build a company that meets a need for almost every school principal across the globe. An LMS. The Everyday Principal LMS is not your standard LMS. Not only is there no principal focused LMS in existence, the Everyday Principal LMS is custom built to suit principals from any state and any school district in the world.

 

Every school district's purpose is to steward the process of continuous improvement, which means the individuals within the organization have to also continuously improve. The Everyday Principal LMS allows for purpose, autonomy, and mastery by aligning a variety of modalities for learning to district goals and strategic plans. This ensures individual learning adds value to the ongoing vision of the school district.
